Are you…

Moving all day, but getting nothing done?

Feeling like there isn’t enough time in the day?

Always angry?

It is easy to get stuck in the cycle of overwhelm and frustration that comes with adult ADHD and anxiety. You are almost guaranteed to feel like a failure, second guessing every decision you make. You are not failing- but it can feel like it.

Imagine a life where you are no longer held back by the relentless stream of anxious thoughts; A life where you are not constantly apologizing for your disorganization, not always running to catch up.

You are not alone. Help is here.

My name is Alexandra. I specialize in empowering those who have adult ADHD and anxiety to shift from overwhelmed to balanced.

This is not about generic advice like “use a calendar” or “just breathe”— It is a journey of exploration and experimentation to discover what works for you. This emphasis on appreciating the journey of learning and adapting is what leads to lasting, sustainable change.

Relief starts now.

“ Alexandra, you have changed my life. I am a better father, a better person. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been and the most content. You set me down a good path, the right path, after all these years of not knowing.”

My approach is rooted in compassion, honest feedback, and a touch of humor. Therapy is a safe space to feel heard, accepted, and valued. Therapy can even be enjoyable.

We are constantly evolving. I will meet you where you are and I will offer authentic care. I actively engage, sometimes sharing relatable experiences to enhance our connection. Together, we can help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My practice is inclusive, and I welcome all who are seeking meaningful change. While I specialize in helping adults with ADHD and anxiety to thrive, I believe that we should not be confined to a simple label or box, even the label of ADHD or anxiety. My therapeutic approach also embraces your unique past and present experiences. As such, my experience also includes guiding those who have had traumatic experiences, depression, relationship challenges, intimate partner violence, life transitions, grief, anger, impulse control, work-life balance, and more.
